East Monponsett Lake Monday -daytime Trip
Took the girlfriend out on her first fishing trip in a kayak and she caught 3 Bluegill, all in the .2lb -.4 lb range, and then she caught a white perch. I got a couple of hits, but landed nothing. Still a beautiful day on the water and she had a blast and has the fishing fever now!
She caught everything on a hard plastic swimming frog. I used a mepps #3 spinner and a swimming rapala to no luck.
